This agreement governs your online purchase order of our product(s), which are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

I. Accuracy of Billing and Shipping Information

For the validity of this agreement to be effective, you must be of legal age according to the laws and regulations stated by the Kingdom of Cambodia. When placing an order, you are obligated to provide all authentic and accurate details of your personal particulars for our processing and record, including your current living address or specified delivery address, authorized person (the person who comes to pick up goods on be haft), online payment methods relating to your purchase made at our store.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you for a smooth and on-time delivery. Your submission of your personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

II. Method of Payment

We accept Cash-on-Delivery*, Local Bank Transfers*, and Debit and Credit Cards*, with our partner banks។

CASH ON DELIVERY:

After the order is placed, your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days after our customer service team successfully contacted you to verify all details required; the Cash Payment can be made upon the delivery time, right after receiving your good(s).

LOCAL BANK TRANSFERRING DIRECTLY

After receiving the successful payment, our customer service team will validate and process your order, it should take 1-3 working days, after our customer service team has successfully contacted you to verify all details required.

After receiving the successful payment, our customer service team will contact you to validate all details required and process your order. It should take 1-3 working days to prepare for the delivery of goods.

III. Warranty Information.

All products sold by Rose Plastics Cambodia  Co. Ltd. are covered by our vendors’ warranty, which accompanies the product unless otherwise stated. Rose Plastics Co. Ltd. makes no additional or independent warranty. Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd. does not warranty the performance, compatibility, integrity, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose of any product, but merely passes through to the customers whatsoever end-user warranty that our vendor's software publishers shall provide, which ties in with their respective products.

Note: In according to the restrictions imposed by our vendors, any hardware that is defective upon arrival, can generally be replaced if we are notified within 07 working days from the date of purchase, which is, the date stated in our invoice. Otherwise, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.

IV. Our Warranty Does Not Protect Against

After Rose Plastics Cambodia  Co. Ltd. repairs or replaces the device, the warranty given does not protect against:

Subsequent mishandling or misuse that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack, and drop

Mishandling or misuse (dropping, spills, impacts) causing damage to internal components or external casing.

Accidental or intentional drops.

Tampering with internal hardware by unauthorized personnel.

Attempted repairs outside of our authorized service centers.

Problems not related to the hardware we repaired or replaced.

Issues arising from software modifications like unauthorized operating systems.

Faults that develop after the warranty period or are unrelated to the initial repair.

Backing up data is crucial before any repairs, as data loss is not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by power surges, fluctuations, or improper power supplies.

Known manufacturing defects or performance issues present before the warranty claim.

Existing physical damage like cracked casings or liquid damage.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, and other cosmetic imperfections are not covered.

V. Replacement Parts

You acknowledge that Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd. is an original manufacturer

We strive to deliver repaired equipment within the estimated turnaround time provided. However, this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This may include:

Lack of readily available replacement parts, especially for older or less common equipment.

Unexpected technical challenges encountered during repairs.

Delays in parts shipment from suppliers.

Unforeseen circumstances like power outages or natural disasters.

We will keep you informed of any significant delays and provide a revised estimated turnaround time whenever possible.

In rare cases where repairs become unexpectedly complex or parts are unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your repair order and provide a full refund for the repair service.

VI. Responsibility to Pick Up ITEM

Due to space limitations,  Rose plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd. requests that you pick up your goods and equipment promptly. If your goods or equipment are left with us and not picked up within 30 days after being notified by our company that your product has been serviced,  Co. Ltd. reserves the right to treat your equipment as unclaimed goods, after this specified grace period and may dispose of your goods or equipment in accordance with the applicable law.

You agree to hold Rose Plastics Cam Co. Ltd. harmless for any damage or claim for the abandoned property (as stated in the signed work order every customer receives, before the repair process is initiated), which we are given the authority to discard or recycle at our sole discretion 30 days from the customer being notified that your product has been serviced.

VII. Limited Liability

Whilst Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd. shall make every effort to preserve the integrity of equipment left for repair, the Client agrees not to hold Rose Plastics Cambodia  Co. Ltd. liable for any accidental damage to the said equipment including but not limited to casing cracks, scratches, deformations, theft of the equipment, etc.

Additionally, Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, howsoever caused either prior, during a service, or upon completion of a service.

Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd.’s liability of any kind with respect to services undertaken, including any negligence on its part, shall be limited to the contract price for the services provided. Furthermore, should Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd., its employees, or its agents offer any advice or recommendations to a customer as to the use of computer equipment, storage, use of software applications confirmed by whatever means is used entirely at the customer’s own risk? Rose Plastics Cambodia Co. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any such losses associated with such advice or recommendations.

X. Customer’s Responsibilities

Clearly communicate the type, size, quantity, and pressure rating of pipes needed for your project. This ensures the factory supplies pipes that meet your specific requirements.

Inquire about production lead times, especially for large orders or custom pipes. This helps you plan your project schedule accordingly.

Review and understand the factory's payment terms, including any pre-payment requirements or financing options.

Review and confirm the order details (type, quantity, price, delivery) to avoid any discrepancies later.

Ensure timely payment according to the agreed-upon terms to avoid delays in production or delivery.

Clarify any specific delivery needs, like offloading equipment or arranging for inspections at the delivery point.

Inspect the pipes upon delivery to ensure they match the order specifications and are free from damage. Report any discrepancies to the factory promptly.

Store the pipes properly following the factory's recommendations to prevent damage from weather or improper handling.

: Follow recommended handling procedures to avoid damaging the pipes during transportation or installation at your project site.

In some cases, you might be responsible for obtaining necessary permits or approvals for pipe installation.

You might be responsible for hiring qualified professionals to install the pipes according to industry standards and safety regulations.

Depending on the project and local regulations, you might be responsible for arranging post-installation testing and inspections.
